目的:通过体外抑菌实验检测复方五倍子、白芨对牙周、牙髓感染常见菌牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)、具核梭杆菌(Fn)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及持续抑菌效果,评价其抑菌作用。方法:采用液体二倍稀释法配制不同浓度的复方五倍子培养基和白芨培养基,将Pg和Fn接种其上,厌氧培养48 h观察细菌生长,测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC);通过采集复方五倍子和白芨不同时间点的药物浸出液,配制成培养基,接种细菌,厌氧培养48 h,菌落计数,计算药物的杀菌率。结果:复方五倍子对两种细菌均有抑制作用且具有相同的MIC,而相同浓度白芨组无抑菌作用;在观察时间内,各实验组均有不同程度的持续抑菌作用,其中,复方五倍子组持续抑菌效果最佳,48 h时达到最大,120 h后仍有一定的杀菌作用;白芨组抑菌效果明显低于复方五倍子组。提示相同浓度的复方五倍子抑菌作用优于白芨,其中起主要抑菌作用的成分为五倍子。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the inhibitory effect of compound gallnut and catfish on the antimicrobial activity of Pg, Fn, Effect, evaluate its bacteriostatic effect. Methods: Two-fold dilution method was used to prepare different concentrations of compound gallnut medium and white catfish medium. Pg and Fn were inoculated on them. After 48 hours of anaerobic culture, the growth of bacteria was observed and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined. The drug leachate of gallnut and catfish at different time points was formulated into medium, inoculated with bacteria and cultured anaerobically for 48 h. The colony counts were counted to calculate the bactericidal rate of the drugs. Results: Chinese gall gall had inhibitory effect on both bacteria and had the same MIC, while the same concentration of Baishui group had no antibacterial effect. During the observation time, each experimental group had sustained antibacterial effect in varying degrees. Among them, The antibacterial effect was the best, and reached the maximum at 48 h. It still had some bactericidal effect after 120 h. The antibacterial activity of Baishui Group was significantly lower than that of Compound Gallnut. It is suggested that the antibacterial effect of Chinese nutgall with the same concentration is better than that of Chinese nutgall, and the main antibacterial ingredient is gallnut.
