油滴茶盏是黑釉瓷中的名品,中国宋代南方建窑和北方山西、河南等地均有烧制。油滴釉属于铁系结晶釉,其特征是铁氧化物在黑釉表面析晶后,形成的斑点状花纹,类似水面上漂浮的油珠,这种陶瓷的釉色被称为油滴釉。油滴茶盏的鉴赏除了器型之外,重点是它的釉面斑纹,斑纹的优劣是评价茶盏价值的主要依据。识别不同形态的油滴斑纹和了解各种斑纹的烧制难度是鉴赏油滴茶盏的基础。
