瑜伽学说中包括伦理、道德、哲学以及有关对人体的认识观念。它不但可以调整人的身心、塑造美的形体,还可以通过思维和意念的力量,以及瑜珈所创造的功法,改善人体器官或系统的功能,延长寿命,防止衰老和疾病。文章以新疆师范大学体育学院体育教育专业30名男大学生作为研究对象,采用体重指数法、心率测量法,在其瑜伽运动过程中采取数据,通过分析可探究瑜伽对高校男生的健康机制的影响作用,建议高校男生选择瑜伽作为健身项目,来增强自身的耐力力量并进行柔韧素质的锻炼。
Yoga doctrine includes ethics, morality, philosophy, and ideas about the human body. It can not only adjust one’s body and soul, shape the beautiful body, but also improve the function of the human organ or system, prolong life, prevent aging and disease through the power of thinking and mind, and the exercises created by yoga. In this paper, 30 male college students majoring in physical education in Xinjiang Normal University are taken as research objects. Body mass index method and heart rate measurement are used to analyze the effect of yoga on the health mechanism of college boys. , Suggested that college boys choose yoga as a fitness project to enhance their endurance strength and flexibility of quality exercise.
