习题训练是学生进一步理解和掌握知识,并将知识转化为能力的一条重要途径。但在生物学学习过程中,学生经常出现这样的情况:做了很多习题,训练量很大,却收效甚微。究其原因,主要是学生一味埋头做题,忽视了解题后的反思,从而极大地降低了训练效能。若学生在学习过程中,重视解题后的反思,养成勤于思考的习惯,并能掌握有关方法,则通过适量的训练,就能达到最佳的学习效果。笔者认为解题后的反思主要包括以下几个方面:
Exercise training is an important way for students to further understand and master knowledge and turn knowledge into competence. However, in the course of biological learning, students often have such situations: they have done a lot of exercises, but they have a lot of training but they have had little success.
