校本课程开发与特色学校是当前教育改革的一个热点话题。如何结合学校的资源特色和学生的发展需要研制个性化的校本课程是提高教育效率和质量的关键。时代中学是上海市中心唯一的一所寄宿制中学,三年来一直致力于开发兼顾国家课程、学校特色和学生个性的课程体系,实现基础教育改革的多赢效应。本文从该校校本课程研制的理念思考入手,展示校本课程研制的理论探索与实践操作的各个方面,深入讨论校本课程研制中的理念和实践问题,诠释我国基础教育课程改革的个性化内涵。
School-based curriculum development and characteristics of the school is a hot topic of education reform. How to combine the characteristics of school resources and the development of students to develop personalized school-based curriculum is to improve the efficiency and quality of education is the key. Era Middle School is the only boarding school in downtown Shanghai. During the past three years, it has been devoted to developing a curricular system that takes into account the national curriculum, school characteristics and individuality of students to achieve the win-win effect of the reform of basic education. This article starts from the concept of school-based curriculum development, displays all aspects of theoretical exploration and practical operation of school-based curriculum development, discusses in depth the concept and practice in the development of school-based curriculum, and explains the individualized connotation of the curriculum reform in basic education in our country.
