由于高职院校系部教学督导的特殊性和教学工作的复杂性,教师督导工作的内容是多方面的。教学督导始终围绕着提高高职教育教学质量的核心任务,量化教师教学工作有较强的可操作性与易行性。本文从基于系部教学督导量化教师教学工作的原则、意义、具体措施三方面谈谈个人的看法。
Due to the particularity of teaching supervision in the department of higher vocational colleges and the complexity of teaching work, the content of teacher supervision is multifaceted. Teaching supervision always revolves around the core task of improving teaching quality of higher vocational education. Quantifying teachers’ teaching work has strong maneuverability and practicability. This article talks about personal opinions from the following three aspects: the principle, significance and specific measures of quantifying teachers’ teaching work based on the teaching supervision of faculty department.
