近年来,笔者在全县部分中小学校进行教学指导和参与的教研活动中,发现一些带有共性的教学常规问题与教学现象,为了深化对教学常规与教研工作内涵的认识和理解,剖析现状、分析原因、寻找解决问题突破口,实现规范管理、准确解读教研内核、提升课堂效益,现就一些认识与看法和同行一起交流。
