中晚期卵巢癌常播散,种植于盆腔,腹腔内并发生腹水。腹腔内灌注化疗可提高腹腔内肿瘤转移灶局部药物浓度,减轻全身副作用,故腹腔内化疗已成为妇科恶性肿瘤施行细胞减灭术(Cytoreducing operation)后化疗的常规手段之一。本文就腹腔化疗问题进行综述。
