本文报道经我院内镜确诊的消化性溃疡，随机分为两组，分别应用兰索拉唑和法莫替丁治疗，观察其各自的疗效。结果显示，治疗组（兰索拉唑组）治愈率８８９％，总有效率９３３％；对照组（法莫替丁组）治愈率６９２％，总有效率７９５％。治疗组明显优于对照组，与文献报道相仿。 This article reports the peptic ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, lansoprazole and famotidine treatment, observe their respective curative effect. The results showed that the cure rate of the treatment group (lansoprazole group) was 889%, the total effective rate was 933%; the cure rate of the control group (famotidine group) was 692%, the total effective rate was 795% . Treatment group was significantly better than the control group, similar to the literature.
