介绍采用模糊数学方法对我国大容量机组锅炉结渣特性的研究成果.它是由煤质特性的4个指数、局部过量空气系数、炉膛实际切圆直径、炉内燃烧平均温度,7个变量(t2、J、SiO2/Al2O3、G、tw、Dw、ats)组成一个集合,结渣情况按严重、中等、轻微3个等级并组成一个评价集合,在此基础上建立了模糊数学预报模型.对22台200 MW、300 MW机组锅炉结渣程度的预报准确性达到了86.36%.
