肺动脉高压(PAH)的发病机制目前还不十分清楚,近来越来越多的研究发现经典瞬时感受器电位通道(TRPC)参与PAH的发生、发展。目前认为TRPC家族成员是构成质膜上受体操纵性钙通道和钙池操纵性钙通道的分子基础,TRPC作为主要的钙内流通道,参与多种生理及病理过程。TRPC通过多种机制影响肺动脉平滑肌细胞基础钙水平,在肺血管紧张度的调节及肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖中发挥了重要作用。TRPC的研究为PAH发病机制的研究提供了一个新的思路。本文简要介绍TRPC与PAH的联系。
The pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension (PAH) is not yet clear at present. More and more studies have recently found that classical transient receptor potential channel (TRPC) is involved in the occurrence and development of PAH. It is currently believed that TRPC family members constitute the molecular basis of the acceptor-operated calcium channels and the calcium-operated calcium channels on the plasma membrane. TRPC is involved in many physiological and pathological processes as a major calcium influx pathway. TRPCs affect basic calcium levels of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells through a variety of mechanisms and play an important role in regulation of pulmonary vascular tone and pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell proliferation. TRPC research provides a new idea for the study of the pathogenesis of PAH. This article briefly describes the relationship between TRPC and PAH.
