玉门油田酒东采油厂目前用处理后的采出水作为注入水水源。针对注入水及地层水的离子成分特点,开展结垢类型研究,并主要根据混合比、温度、pH值、压力等因素开展结垢影响因素分析,得出垢型为CaCO_3和BaSO_4垢,主要为前者、注入水与地层水以9:1的比例混合时结垢量最大、结垢量与pH值和温度成正比,与压力影响较小。通过实验结果选定阻垢剂,优选出阻垢剂GY-405,并确定最佳浓度120 mg/L,弱酸性阻垢效果最宜,阻垢率可达到91.91%。
