从将京津冀协同发展上升为重大国家战略,到京津冀一体化进入实质性推进阶段,再到全国第一个跨省市的区域“十三五”规划正式出炉……决心大、信心足、速度快、力度强,成为了人们对于当前国家推动京津冀一体化进程最为直观的感受。京津冀协同发展内涵丰富,科技协同发展更是其中一项重要内容。以科技协同创新为引导,既是完成京津冀协同发展战略任务的关键环节,也是三地一体化发展的根本出路和现实选择。 From the synergistic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to a major national strategy, the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei into the substantive stage of advancement, and then to the country’s first inter-provincial regional “Thirteen Five ” plan officially released ...
