在山西石灰性土壤常规配比施肥条件下 ,花生接种优良根瘤菌效果显著 ,结瘤数增加 5倍 ,接种占瘤率 >70 % ,盆栽和大田供氮率分别达到 4 5.6± 6.6%和 30 .2± 3.3% ,增加固氮量 69.0~ 1 0 1 .0 kg/hm2 ,比自然结瘤固氮量提高 3.4~ 6.9倍。接种根瘤菌盆栽增产 32 .3± 1 1 .8% ,大田增产 1 7.2± 4 .7% ,提高籽仁粗蛋白含量 3.0 %~ 7.0 %。根瘤菌双菌株接种及根瘤菌与硅酸盐细菌的交互组合效应不稳定
