目的:调查二级医院护理部主任培训需求,为针对二级医院护理部主任的培训提供指导。方法:便利抽取全国10个省份二级医院的457位护理部主任/副主任作为研究对象,运用自行设计的问卷,调查二级医院护理部主任对培训内容、培训时间、培训形式的需求情况。结果:需求位于前5位的培训内容为:绩效考核与管理、等级评审与护理质量改进、患者安全管理、优质护理与医院护理标准化管理、护士分级管理;对于培训时间的选择首选工作日;对于绩效考核与管理、等级评审与护理质量改进、优质护理与医院护理标准化管理、护士分级管理选择的主要培训形式是授课和参观;对于患者安全管理选择的主要培训形式是授课和案例分析。结论:针对二级医院护理部主任的培训应在工作日进行并应结合二级医院护理部主任需求开展不同形式的培训。
Objective: To investigate the training needs of director of nursing department in second-level hospital and provide guidance for the training of director of nursing department in second-level hospital. Methods: Conveniently taking 457 nursing director / deputy director of second grade hospitals in 10 provinces of China as research objects, and using self-designed questionnaire to investigate the demand of nursing director, director of second-level hospital for training content, training time and training form. Results: The top 5 training contents are as follows: performance appraisal and management, grade appraisal and improvement of nursing quality, patient safety management, standardized management of high quality nursing and hospital nursing, nurse management at different levels, preferred working days for training time selection, Performance evaluation and management, grade evaluation and quality improvement, quality nursing and hospital nursing standardization management, nurses classification management selection of the main training forms is to teach and visit; for patient safety management options for the main training forms are teaching and case analysis. Conclusion: The training for director of nursing department in second-level hospital should be conducted on working day and different forms of training should be carried out in combination with the need of director of nursing department in second-level hospital.
