面对新常态下的经济困境,我国政府提出了供给侧结构性改革的方针政策,长期来看,是为我国“十三五”规划的实施提供一个正确的方向;短期来看,是要解决当前所面临的经济下滑压力过大、部分产业产能过剩、消费者需求与企业供给的结构性扭曲等问题。供给侧结构性改革的实施不能忽略需求侧的宏观政策,短期内达到改革的目标需要宏观政策的积极配合。
