如何对生命的价值进行经济学评估 ,可能是社会科学应用领域中最具挑战性的问题之一 ,同时也是一项非常基础性的工作 ,许多涉及人身安全与健康的公共政策 ,如各种社会政策、公共卫生政策和环境保护政策等 ,欲对其政策成本与收益进行比较 ,对政策收益进行量化评估 ,都绕不开这一问题。本文首先讨论这一领域的研究对公共政策分析的基础性意义 ,然后 ,在评述国外有关研究的理论模型和主要成果的基础上 ,结合我国的具体实际探讨其可能的应用前景。 How to assess the value of life in economics may be one of the most challenging issues in the field of social sciences application. It is also a very fundamental task. Many public policies concerning personal safety and health, such as various social Policies, public health policies and environmental protection policies, etc., to compare the cost and benefit of their policies, and quantitatively evaluate the benefits of the policies, all can not bypass this issue. This paper first discusses the basic significance of the research on public policy in this field. Then, on the basis of reviewing the theoretical models and main achievements of relevant foreign research, this paper discusses the possible application prospect of China’s specific realities.
