目的检测模拟失重大鼠血清及组织中内源性哇巴因的含量,探讨其可能的病理生理学意义。方法20只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照(Con)组及尾部悬吊30°模拟失重1周组(TS),酶联免疫吸附分析法检测血清及下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、肾脏、心脏、肝脏中内源性哇巴因的含量。结果与对照组相比,模拟失重组血清、下丘脑、肾上腺及肾组织中内源性哇巴因的含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论模拟失重引起大鼠血清及组织中内源性哇巴因含量改变,这可能对模拟失重状态下水电解质代谢及心血管功能新稳态的建立发挥一定的调节作用。
Objective To detect the content of endogenous ouabain in the serum and tissues of simulated weightless rats and to explore its possible pathophysiological significance. Methods Twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control (Con) group and tail suspension 30 ° simulated weightlessness one week group (TS). Serum, hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal, kidney and heart were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay , Endogenous ouabain content in the liver. Results Compared with the control group, endogenous ouabain in serum, hypothalamus, adrenal gland and kidney in simulated weightlessness group was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Simulated weightlessness may cause changes of endogenous ouabain in serum and tissues of rats, which may play a role in the regulation of water and electrolyte metabolism and cardiovascular homeostasis under simulated weightlessness.
