利用文心兰的茎尖生长锥诱导出原球茎后,通过症状观察、生物接种、电镜观察和血清学检测方法进行了CMV、TMV、CyMV、ORSV等4种常见兰花病毒病的检测,成功地建立了3个品种的文心兰脱病毒无性系,采用经改良的KC培养基和1/2MS培养基有利于文心兰原球茎的快速繁殖,添加0.2mg/LNAA和1mg/L6-BA的培养基对文心兰原球茎增殖效果较好。MS培养基中添加1mg/LIAA有利于文心兰脱毒苗的生根。
