作者采自捷克的南斯洛伐克省的白色百合植物(Lilium candidum L.)的干燥花1500g,用96%和70%的乙醇在室温浸渍数次,滤液蒸发浓缩冷冻干燥,此干燥物在乙醇中浸渍,依次用汽油、乙醚、氯仿及氯仿—乙醇(2:1)提取。将乙醚提取物用硅胶柱层析,苯—丙酮洗脱,得到富含lilaline的部分,再用葡聚糖凝胶LH—20柱层析,甲醇洗脱。从丙酮中得到26mg lilaline的黄色棱柱状结晶。熔点:247℃。比旋光度+65°(C0.2,甲醇)。此结晶与碘化铋钾试剂不反应,
The authors collected 1500 g of dry flowers from a white lily plant (Lilium candidum L.) in the South Slovak Province of the Czech Republic, and dipped it several times with 96% and 70% ethanol at room temperature. The filtrate was concentrated by evaporation, freeze-dried, and the dried product was dipped in ethanol. It was extracted with gasoline, ether, chloroform and chloroform-ethanol (2:1) in order. The ether extract was subjected to silica gel column chromatography and eluted with benzene-acetone to obtain a lilaline-enriched fraction, which was then subjected to chromatography on a Sephadex LH-20 column and eluted with methanol. 26 mg of lilaline yellow prism crystals were obtained from acetone. Melting point: 247°C. Specific optical rotation +65° (C0.2, methanol). This crystal does not react with the potassium iodide reagent.
