采用菌丝生长速率法与共毒系数法测定了茶皂素、甲霜灵及其混剂对黄瓜疫病菌的室内毒力以及增效比率(SR),同时测定了混剂对黄瓜疫病田间小区接种防治效果。结果表明:茶皂素与甲霜灵有效成分质量比为4:6和3:7时对病菌菌丝具有较强的抑制作用,SR分别为2.53和1.76,为显著增效作用,且茶皂素与甲霜灵混剂(4:6)对黄瓜疫病田间小区接种防治效果显著优于2种单剂及对照药剂。
