工业厂房围护结构采用钢筋混凝土墙板可以提高厂房结构的装配化程度,加快建设速度,减轻围护结构自重,是实现墙体改革、促进建筑工业化的有效途径之一。墙板的应用,使得工业厂房的立面造型发生了新的变化。长期以来,对工业厂房的建筑艺术处理问题重视得很不够,往往是以工艺为主,由结构定型。随着工艺的革新,建筑技术的进步,人们的审美要求也在逐步提高。工业厂房不仅在满足生产使用的功能上要迈向现代化,而且在建筑造型上也应当反映出现代技术的特征。墙板的立面造型只有正确表现结构的特征,才能具有丰富的表现力。虽然各类厂房都有其特殊的要求,给建筑设计带来许多制约,但是只要我们充分地利用结构的特征,以及巧妙地运用色彩、材料和建筑处理手法等,就能使工业建筑的造型丰富多彩,和谐一致。从而使得合理的工艺布局和引人的建筑造型达到统一。
