支气管哮喘的发病过程中,转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)起重要作用。其可刺激成纤维细胞生长,是致纤维化的重要细胞因子,可引起哮喘患者呼吸道重塑。目前研究认为TGF-β1与呼吸道重塑密切相关。与TGF-β1相关的哮喘呼吸道重塑的干预方法可能在哮喘的诊治方面取得突破。糖皮质激素(如地塞米松、布地奈德等)可在一定程度上对呼吸道重塑产生影响。另外,干扰素-γ,部分中医药如川芎嗪、雷公藤、银杏叶等可能通过干预TGF-β1的表达来干预呼吸道重塑。
Transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. It stimulates the growth of fibroblasts and is an important cytokine causing fibrosis, which can cause airway remodeling in asthmatic patients. The current study suggests that TGF-β1 and respiratory remodeling are closely related. Interventions for TGF-β1-related airway remodeling in the asthma may make a breakthrough in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma. Glucocorticoids (such as dexamethasone, budesonide, etc.) may have some impact on airway remodeling. In addition, interferon-γ, some Chinese medicine such as ligustrazine, tripterygium wilfordii, ginkgo biloba, may interfere with the remodeling of the airway by interfering with the expression of TGF-β1.
