随着中国越来越明显的老龄化趋势,老人群体正在成为这个社会中不可或缺的一个部分。无论是红日初升的清晨,还是夕阳西下的傍晚,在小区和街道上都能看到不少老人在锻炼,跑步、打太极、放风筝以及使用各种健身器材。他们的锻炼是必须的,身体结构的老化要求着这么一项“必修课”;他们的健身是悠闲的,明显的慢节奏散发出“夕阳红”独有的气息和色彩。这就是属于老年人独特的“健康歌”。
As China becomes more and more aware of the aging trend, the elderly population is becoming an integral part of this society.
