使用双硫腙分析血、尿中的镉含量,不仅操作复杂,灵敏度低;而且需3~5毫升血液,不易为人病所接受。阳极溶出伏安法已被公认为一种十分灵敏的分析金属的方法。它以电解沉积的原理从溶液中将金属阳离子富集到玻碳电极上,金属元素从阳极上溶出时可以形成一个反向电流,在示波屏上显示其峰值即可定量。根据这一原理,我们应用于血及尿中镉的测定,实践证明,它是一种取材少,测定快速消耗试剂少,操作简便的灵敏方法,现予以报道,供同志们参考。

According to this principle, we apply to the determination of cadmium in blood and urine.
