党的十八大明确指出:“反对腐败,建设廉洁政治,是党一贯坚持的鲜明政治立场,是人民关注的重大政治问题。这个问题解决不好,就会对党造成致命伤害,甚至亡党亡国。”习近平总书记在“七一讲话”中又再次重申了从严治党和作风建设,强调了对反腐坚持零容忍。而国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱,在我们党和国家视野的发展中具有重要的地位和作用。加强国有企业的反腐倡廉建设,对企业自身,甚至对国家政治和经济的发展都有着非常重要的意义。
