基于可调谐法布里-珀罗干涉仪的大气二氧化碳测量方法研究

针对准确、快速、便携测量大气中CO_2、CH_4等温室气体的需要,本文介绍了一种基于可调谐法布里-珀罗干涉仪(FPI)传感器的多波长温室气体测量系统。将FPI作为波长选择元件,利用干涉滤波片实现了在3100~4400 nm(波数范围为3226~2273 cm~(-1))波段内的连续测量。通过将测量的吸收光谱和CO_2的吸收截面拟合获得相关系数,进而计算得到CO_2的气体浓度。为了校正仪器分辨率低带来的非线性吸收效应,采用迭代算法优化CO_2的吸收截面。结果显示,相比于直接拟和计算,CO_2浓度为4.
