2001年以来,工商银行山西省分行紧紧围绕总行经营结构战略性调整的总体部署,将努力化解“资产质量差、财务负担重、集约化程度低”三大深层次矛盾和推进现代商业银行建设,作为努力实践“三个代表”的主要任务。从调整资产、组织和人员结构入手,本着“稳健经营,有所突破”的原则,以省分行营业部为试点,实行了“人员、业务、管理、经营”四集中的信贷体制改革,初步实现了信贷经营管理由粗放分散型向精细集中型、传统经验型向现代科学型的根本性转变。
