以转炉热泼渣、铸余渣、转炉滚筒渣、铁水脱硫渣、电炉热泼渣和电炉滚筒渣作为吸收剂,进行湿法脱硫工艺的实验研究。通过分析钢渣微粉的粒径,钢渣微粉的主要化学成分,以及反应机理,研究钢渣微粉种类、钢渣微粉浆液的质量浓度、液气比对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明:在综合考虑实验结果与经济性因素的情况下,适宜工艺参数是铁水脱硫渣微粉作为吸收剂,采样时间为10 min,液气比为15.0 L/m3,钢渣微粉浆液的质量浓度均为5.0%,其脱硫效率可达66.82%
The experimental study of wet desulfurization process was carried out by using converter slag, cast residue, converter drum slag, molten iron desulfurization slag, electric furnace hot slag and electric furnace drum slag as absorbent. By analyzing the particle size of steel slag, the main chemical composition of steel slag, and the reaction mechanism, the effects of slag type, mass concentration of slag slurry and liquid-gas ratio on desulfurization efficiency were studied. The results show that when considering the experimental results and economic factors, the suitable process parameters are as follows: the desulfurization slag powder is used as the absorbent, the sampling time is 10 min, the liquid-gas ratio is 15.0 L / m3, the mass concentration of the slag slurry is 5.0%, the desulfurization efficiency of up to 66.82%
