有底阀的小型离心泵,启动时一般采用人工灌水法。即从泵壳上部的专用灌水孔或从出水管口向泵中灌满水后启动。大多数提灌站引水渠边坡陡峭,提水灌泵的水源不方便,而设计时往往忽略了这个问题。一次灌水开机往往要半小时以上。而许多农村供电时段一般多为深夜,一些电动机作为动力的小型提灌站,更是很不利于灌溉。为此笔者提出两种改进措施。一、外接水箱法设置一水箱,使其底高在灌水孔高程以上,容积为灌泵水量的二至四倍,用一逆止阀与灌水孔相连。
