近几年来,党中央、国务院关于企业改革和教育改革的一系列重大决策,为企业教育的改革和发展创造了极为有利的外部条件。营造和谐的现代企业制度教育环境,要求我国各级政府切实贯彻中央的方针、政策,做到政企分开,转变政府职能,同时,为适应外部环境的深刻变化,我国企业必须深化改革,建立适应企业发展的教育制度。
In recent years, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council made a series of major decisions on enterprise reform and education reform that created extremely favorable external conditions for the reform and development of enterprise education. To create a harmonious modern enterprise system and education environment, all levels of our government should be required to effectively implement the guidelines and policies of the Central Government so as to separate government from enterprises and transform government functions. At the same time, in order to adapt to the profound changes in the external environment, Chinese enterprises must deepen the reform and establish an adaptive Education system for enterprise development.
