依据朱砂与配方中其它药材之间的相对密度有显著差异的特性,选用重悬浮液-四氯化碳,经悬浮离心之后,使朱砂与其它药材相分离,然后进行朱砂的化学定量分析。对“一捻金”进行朱砂的化学程度分析。据此对“一捻金”中含朱砂的散剂进行了模拟试验,同时与硫氰酸盐法比较,其结果硫氰酸盐法与本法测得朱砂(以HgS计)的回收率分别为93.04%和98.38%,变异系数小于1%。
Based on the significant difference between the relative density of cinnabar and other herbs in the formula, the suspension-carbon tetrachloride was selected and centrifuged to make the cinnabar separated from other medicinal materials. Then the chemical quantitative analysis of cinnabar was carried out. Chemical Analysis of Cinnabar to “Twisted Gold”. Based on this, the “cinnabar powder” in “a twist of gold” was simulated and compared with thiocyanate method. The results showed that the recoveries of cinnabar (HgS) measured by thiocyanate method and this method were 93.04% and 98.38%, the coefficient of variation is less than 1%.
