目前国内的中小学德育工作存在着过于理想化而缺乏时效性的问题,学生刚进入学校就用抽象神圣的、被认为是合理的规章制度,为学生拟定了孩子世界所难以理解的崇高的德育目标,这就使德育从谆谆教诲变成机械的背诵与执行,将德育形式化,并没有落实到中小学生的教育当中。所以,在新课改背景下,完善对中小学生进行合理的德育机制,在这个过程当中创建一个能让学生接受的德育标准是一个值得思考的问题。针对这个问题进行了阐述,希望能够对学校的德育工作有所帮助。
At present, there is a problem of over-idealization and lack of timeliness in moral education in primary and secondary schools in China. When students first entered the school, they used abstract and sacred rules to be considered as reasonable rules and regulations, and formulated a lofty moral education for students that the world can not understand Goal, which makes the moral education from fallacy to mechanical recitation and execution, the formalization of moral education, did not implement the education of primary and middle school students. Therefore, under the background of the new curriculum reform, it is necessary to perfect the moral education mechanism for primary and secondary school students. In this process, creating a moral standard that students can accept is a question worth considering. In view of this problem, I hope it can be helpful to the moral education in our school.
