纳米白炭黑作为填料单独掺入天然胶乳基质,通过共硫化法制备了相应的纳米复合材料。测定了力学性能,并与相应的宏观胶乳-白炭黑复合材料比较。研究结果显示,当在胶乳基质中用纳米白炭黑作填料时,各项性能均明显提升,这是由于胶乳-纳米粒子间相互作用增强,纳米粒子在胶乳基质中的分布更均匀的缘故。纳米层补强的效果表现在受溶剂溶胀的溶胀率降低,以及胶乳-纳米粒子复合材料的模量值提高。为了开展特性研究,进行了差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)和隧道电子显微镜(TEM)测定。
Nano-silica was used as a filler in natural rubber latex matrix. The nanocomposites were prepared by co-vulcanization. The mechanical properties were determined and compared with the corresponding macro-latex-silica composites. The results show that when nanosilica is used as the filler in the latex matrix, the performance is significantly improved due to the enhanced interaction between the latex and the nanoparticles and the more uniform distribution of the nanoparticles in the latex matrix. The effect of nano-layer reinforcement is manifested by a reduction in the swelling rate by solvent swelling and an increase in the modulus value of the latex-nano-particle composite. For characterization studies, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and tunnel electron microscopy (TEM) measurements were performed.
