越来越多的私营企业参与慈善捐赠活动,成为我国慈善公益事业的中间力量。然而私营企业又普遍面临融资难和融资贵的问题。这种一方面积极参与捐赠,另一方面苦苦寻求融资的矛盾现象,实际上是私营企业的一种信号发送行为。本研究基于信号理论的视角,试图剖析民营企业家慈善捐赠的背后动机以及提出相应的政策建议。
More and more private enterprises participate in charity donation activities and become the intermediate force of charity public welfare undertakings in our country. However, private enterprises generally face the problem of financing difficulties and high financing costs. On the one hand, the active participation in donations, on the other hand, the painstaking pursuit of financing contradictions, is actually a private enterprise signaling. Based on the perspective of signal theory, this study attempts to analyze the motivation behind the charity donations of private entrepreneurs and put forward corresponding policy recommendations.
