随着我国经济的不断蓬勃发展,企业在经济浪潮中的作用越加显现,不仅涉及企业的成本、销量和利润,也包括企业的预算管理问题。行政事业单位是不以盈利为目的的特殊群体,其预算没有一般企业那么复杂,但又有自身的重要性和必要性。本文以行政事业单位为视角,深入调查分析了行政事业单位在预算的过程中存在的问题,并对产生这些问题的原因进行深入剖析,提出了相适应的解决措施。这对于规范行政事业单位的预算管理具有重要的理论意义和现实的指导意义。
