针对盾构隧道钢混复合管片的力学性能,在已有10组试验和研究成果的基础上,新增4组钢混复合管片试件的纯弯曲加载模型试验,进一步考察了钢板厚度变化、剪力键及接头板对钢混复合管片承载能力和变形的影响,并将新增试验结果与已有试验结果进行了对比分析;同时根据以往的研究,提出了确定复合管片屈服荷载的双线性方法。对比分析结果表明:面板厚度对钢混复合管片变形和承载能力的影响最为显著;剪力键可以限制钢混复合管片的变形从而提高其承载能力;接头板在无剪力键时能起到剪力键的作用并显著提高复合管片的承载能力,而在有剪力键时对承载力没有影响。最后从新增的性能影响因素出发,对新增试验和原有试验结果中复合管片宽度和高度方向的应变分布规律进行了分析和补充。这14组试验结果可以较为全面地揭示盾构隧道钢混复合管片的力学机理。
According to the experimental and research results of 10 groups of steel tunnels, the pure bending loading model tests of 4 steel-clad composite pipe sections were carried out to further investigate the changes of the steel plate thickness , Shear bond and joint plate on the load-bearing capacity and deformation of the steel-reinforced composite pipe segment, and the new test results were compared with the existing test results; at the same time based on previous studies, proposed to determine the composite pipe yield load Bilinear method. The results of comparative analysis show that the influence of panel thickness on the deformation and load-bearing capacity of steel-reinforced composite pipe is the most significant. Shear bond can limit the deformation of steel-reinforced composite pipe and increase its bearing capacity. To shear the role of key and significantly improve the bearing capacity of the composite pipe, but in the shear force has no effect on the bearing capacity. Finally, based on the new influencing factors of the performance, the law of strain distribution in the width and height direction of the composite pipe in the newly added test and the original test results was analyzed and supplemented. These 14 sets of test results can be more fully reveal the mechanical mechanism of the shield tunnel steel mixed composite pipe.
