目的:回顾分析2012-2014年华亭县国家免费孕前优生健康检查工作实践,探讨在新形势下如何进一步开展免费孕前优生健康检查项目,以降低出生缺陷及不良妊娠结局发生风险。方法:华亭县2012-2014年符合生育政策、计划怀孕的农村夫妇(包括流动人口)进行免费孕前优生健康检查,包括优生健康教育、病史询问、体格检查、临床实验室检查、影像学检查、风险评估、咨询指导、早孕及妊娠结局跟踪随访等。结果:2012-2014年共有4652例准孕夫妇接受免费孕前优生健康检查,男、女各2326例,筛选出高危人群572例。跟踪随访妊娠732例,妊娠终止501例,出生缺陷儿3例,发生自然流产、早产等不良妊娠结局41例。结论:规范的孕前优生健康检查,个性的优生咨询指导,可有效降低出生缺陷及不良妊娠结局发生风险,建议在进一步加大宣传教育的基础上全面、规范开展。
OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze the practice of health checkup for free pre-pregnancy eugenics in Huating County between 2012 and 2014 and to explore how to further carry out free pre-eugenics health checkup under the new situation to reduce the risk of birth defects and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods: Huating County pregnant couples (including migrants) who meet the reproductive policy for 2012-2014 were enrolled in the free pre-pregnancy eugenics examination, including eugenics health education, medical history examination, physical examination, clinical laboratory examination, imaging examination, risk Assessment, counseling, early pregnancy and follow-up of pregnancy outcomes. Results: From 2012 to 2014, a total of 4652 cases of prospective pregnant couples received free pre-pregnancy eugenics examination, 2326 men and women, screened 572 cases of high-risk groups. Follow-up 732 cases of follow-up pregnancy, termination of pregnancy 501 cases, birth defects in 3 cases, spontaneous abortion, premature delivery and other adverse pregnancy outcomes in 41 cases. CONCLUSION: The standardized prenatal health examination and individualized eugenic counseling and guidance can effectively reduce the risk of birth defects and adverse pregnancy outcomes. It is suggested that the publicity and education should be further expanded and standardized.
