前言双杯复合挤压工艺在生产中已得到大量采用,如汽车、拖拉机上的活塞销、石油机械中的套筒接头、航空工业及仪表工业中的接头壳体等,都是采用双杯复合挤压工艺成形的。本文所研究的双杯复合挤变形模式如图1所示。上、下冲头均为平底冲头。挤压过程中,下冲头及凹模固定不动,上冲头以速度 V 向下运动,金属随之分别由凹模与上、下冲头组成的圆环通道被挤出。这种多自由度的复合挤压,其特点在于:变形过程中,金属在两个通道方向上均有流动趋势,其分配量取决于挤压条件。
Introduction Double-cup compound extrusion process has been widely used in production, such as cars, tractors piston pin, sleeve joints in the oil machinery, aviation industry and instrument industry in the joint shell, etc., are used double-cup composite Extrusion process forming. The double-cup compound extrusion deformation mode studied in this paper is shown in Fig.1. Upper and lower punches are flat punch. During the extrusion process, the lower punch and the die are stationary, and the upper punch moves downward at the speed V, and the metal is then extruded through the annular channel formed by the die and the upper punch and the lower punch, respectively. This multi-degree of freedom composite extrusion, which is characterized by: the deformation process, the metal flow direction in both directions, the amount of distribution depends on the extrusion conditions.
