通过老化前后沥青玛蹄脂针入度、延度和软化点试验,分析研究了粉胶比、填料类型对SMA沥青玛蹄脂老化前后性能影响。结果表明:SMA沥青玛蹄脂的针入度和延度与粉胶比具有很好的线性相关关系,这可以预估一定温度下,不同粉胶比的沥青玛蹄脂性能,为沥青混合料的配合比设计提供一定的依据;填料类型的变化,对沥青玛蹄脂的软硬程度有一定影响;以普通矿粉为填料的沥青玛蹄脂低温变形能力优于掺加消石灰或水泥的沥青玛蹄脂,而添加一定比例的消石灰可提高沥青玛蹄脂的软化点,进而提高SMA混合料的高温稳定性,填料种类及添加比例的选择既要考虑混合料低温变形能力,也要考虑高温稳定性。

The choice of filler type and addition ratio should consider the low temperature deformation capacity of the mixture as well as the high temperature stability.
