确定药物结构与生物活性之间的关系日益成为发展新药的途径。1980年我们曾对34个雌二醇衍生物的结构和抗辐射效价之间的关系进行了QSAR分析,获得了母体(雌二醇)和各种取代基对抗辐射活性的贡献值。1981年对20个化合物检验了QSAR分析的预测性。本文报告11位取代或17羟烷基亚胺取代雌二醇衍生物等的抗辐射作用和QSAR研究结果。
Determining the relationship between drug structure and biological activity is increasingly becoming a means of developing new drugs. In 1980 we conducted a QSAR analysis of the relationship between the structure of 34 estradiol derivatives and the anti-radiation potency to derive the contribution of maternal (estradiol) and various substituents to the radiation activity. In 1981, 20 compounds were tested for predictability of QSAR analysis. In this paper, we report the radioprotective effects and QSAR studies of 11-substituted or 17-hydroxyalkylimine-substituted estradiol derivatives.
