安阳一中团總支领导学生学习的经验

开學以來,團安陽一中總支接受了黨的指示,領會了團中央三中全會精神和華北學生工作會議精神,進一步地重視了领導學生功課學習的工作,並下决心要在這方面摸索出經驗。經過一月多來,各方面已獲得了顯著成績,學習成績普遍提高。據高中第五班統計:全班四十八人,在去年九月二十日至三十日,十天內教師共口試了一○○次,共中得五分的佔百分之二十八,四分的百分之四十七,三分的百分之二十四。到同年十一月十日至二十日間得五分的佔百分之五十三,四分的佔百分之三十二,三分的佔百分之十五,消减了二分。同學學習熱情普遍提高,健康狀况也大有進步。從這一段工作中我們摸索到幾點經驗: 一、扭轉幹部思想是领導好功課學習的重要關键。開学初,幹部普遍對國家新的形勢認識不足,因而對『学習是特别突出的任務』和『向科學進軍』的重要意義也就體會不深刻,同時對羣眾的政治覺悟估計過低。有些幹部說;『只有先把思想搞好後,才能學習好』。不敢把功課學習强調為首要任务,怕强調了功課學習再偏到不問政治。還有一部分幹部自己本身功課學習的不好,所以更不敢十分强調学好功课。總之,幹部對强調学好功課不很積極,表現了;『新的不肯鑽,舊的不願丟』的保守思想,這是貫徹学好功課的重大障礙。 Since the start of the school, the general branch of Anyang I received the instructions of the party, comprehended the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the spirit of the North China Students Working Conference, and further attached importance to leading the students in homework study and determined to explore this aspect Out of experience. At the beginning of the school year, cadres generally did not have enough understanding of the new situation in the country and therefore did not realize profound significance for the important task of “learning is a prominent task” and “marching toward science.” At the same time, they underestimated the masses’ political awareness. Some cadres said: “Only after thinking is done first can we learn well.” Not daring to emphasize homework learning as the primary task, afraid to emphasize homework learning and then partial to not ask politics. There are also some cadres themselves poor homework learning, it is even less dare to emphasize learning homework. In short, cadres are not very aggressive in emphasizing learning good at homework and have demonstrated their conservative thinking of “new refuses to drill, old refusal to thrive,” which is a major obstacle to implementing homework.
