房地产市场的快速发展以及住房消费支出的提高,使得政府有要加强房地产市场的宏观调控。“一套一标”政策有助于价格信号功能的发挥,确引导资源配置,促进房地产市场的健康发展;是房地产价格监管的重要举措,确保消费者的合法权益;能够规范开发商收取合理费用,确保真实交易价格的成。落实“一套一标”政策必须明确示范模式,拓宽宣传范围和加大处罚力度。
