目的 :探讨在 10∶ 3.0 mm位经角巩缘部切口行囊袋上超声乳化合并折叠式人工晶体植入术和经 5 .0 mm巩膜隧道切口行囊袋上超声乳化合并硬性人工晶体植入术对术后视力恢复、角膜曲率和散光变化的影响。方法 :对术后 3个月内能按时完成随访并除去因合并其他眼病影响术后视力者 ,折叠式人工晶体组 40眼 ,硬性人工晶体组 2 4眼进行回顾性研究 ,将术后各期的视力、角膜曲率和散光变化进行对比研究。结果 :术后第 1天至第 3个月两组裸眼视力的平均值都大于 0 .5 ,两组之间裸眼和矫正视力均无差异 (u检验 ,p>0 .0 5 )。因为两组的切口部位都在 10∶ 30位 ,位于垂直和水平径线之间 ,术后垂直和水平径上角膜曲率均下降 ,垂直径上的变化明显大于水平径 ,但两组之间无差异 (u检验 ,p>0 .0 5 )。虽然折叠晶体组切口小于硬性人工晶体组 ,但距角膜中央的距离较近 ,术后各期两组之间的散光变化也无统计学差异 (u检验 ,p>0 .0 5 )。结论 :两种方法均能获得良好的视力恢复 ,两组术后引起的角膜曲率和散光变化也无差异。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation on the capsular bag at 10: 3.0 mm angle and sutured intraocular lens implantation via 5.0 mm scleral tunnel incision Postoperative visual acuity, corneal curvature and changes in astigmatism. Methods: The patients were followed up on time within 3 months and 40 eyes with intraocular lens (IOL) and 24 eyes with rigid intraocular lens (IOL) were retrospectively studied, Visual acuity, corneal curvature and astigmatism changes were compared. Results: The mean uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) of the two groups was higher than 0.5 on the 1st day to the 3rd month after operation. There was no difference between the two groups (u test, p> 0.05). Because the incision site of both groups was at 10:30, located between the vertical and horizontal lines, the corneal curvature decreased at both vertical and horizontal diameters, and the change in vertical diameter was significantly greater than the horizontal diameter. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups Differences (u test, p> 0.05). Although the diameter of the folded lens group was smaller than that of the rigid intraocular lens group, the distance from the center of the cornea was relatively close. There was no significant difference in astigmatism between the two groups after the operation (u test, p> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Both methods can achieve good visual acuity recovery. There is no difference between the two groups in the changes of corneal curvature and astigmatism.
