对淮南市下岗职工生存状况的调查发现,下岗职工的生活状态、社会态度是直接受到其收入的影响,产生了某种悲观、消极的情绪;下岗职工从外部获得的非正式的社会支持越多,下岗职工的再就业求职行为就越多。由于非正式社会支持的缺失,使得下岗职工的再就业求职行为不够积极有效。本文将在微观视角下分析这些问题,并从宏观、微观、主观方面提出对策。 Surveys on the living conditions of laid-off workers in Huainan City found that the laid-off workers’ living conditions and social attitudes were directly affected by their incomes, resulting in some pessimistic and negative sentiments.
