本文合成了新配体 2 -苯基 (4 -氟 )咪唑 [f]邻菲咯啉 (简称PIP(IV) ) ,并合成配合物Ru(bpy) 2 PIP(IV ) ,研究了该配合物与DNA作用的荧光光谱。观察到 5 93nm (λex=4 71nm)处产生很强的荧光峰 ,拟定的分析DNA最佳条件 ,该方法简便快速 ,灵敏度高。对合成样品测定获得满意结果。
In this paper, the new ligand 2 - phenyl (4 - fluoro) imidazo [f] phenanthroline (PIP (IV)) was synthesized and the complex Ru (bpy) 2 PIP (IV) was synthesized. Fluorescence spectroscopy with DNA interaction. A strong fluorescence peak was observed at 5 93 nm (λex = 4 71 nm), and the optimal DNA conditions were determined. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. Satisfactory results were obtained on the synthetic samples.
