对本院用于抗生育的自制制剂黄芫花乙醇液进行了毒性及质量标准研究。测得其LD50为2.16g/kg。以河朔荛花素为对照品,苯乙酸乙酯(1∶0.5)为展开剂,在GF254薄层板上分离,定性了黄芫花乙醇液。以HPLC,采用外标法测定黄芫花乙醇液中河朔荛花素的含量;甲醇—水(80∶20)为流动相,UV检测波长为254nm,河朔荛花素在1.02~5.10μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。加样回收率为99.13%,相对标准偏差为0.63%(n=9)。
Toxicity and quality standards were studied on the self-made anti-fertility Astragalus ethanol solution used in this hospital. Its LD50 was measured to be 2.16 g/kg. With geranine as the reference substance, benzene-ethyl acetate (1:0.5) as the developing agent, it was separated on the GF254 thin-layer plate, and the ethanol solution of radix scutellariae was identified. HPLC method was used to determine the content of cortidine in the ethanol solution of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with external standard method; methanol-water (80:20) was used as the mobile phase, UV detection wavelength was 254 nm, cortidine was 1.02-5. The linear relationship with peak area was good in the range of 10 μg (r = 0.9998). The recovery was 99.13% with a relative standard deviation of 0.63% (n=9).
