近些年来,我国高职高专毕业生就业安排工作的压力越来越大,如何解决高职高专就业安置已经成为了高职高专教育的一部分。这一现象的出现原因是多方面,在思想教育的方面来说,解决这一问题需要重视思想内容的革新,实现教学管理的多样化。本文根据新时期内高中高专就业现状进行,分析,指出就业前思想教育的重要性,并对思想教育中存在的问题提出改正的方法。
In recent years, the employment pressure of college graduates in our country is getting more and more pressure. How to solve the employment resettlement of higher vocational colleges has become a part of higher vocational education. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. In the aspect of ideological education, solving this problem needs to attach importance to the reform of ideological content and diversify teaching management. Based on the current situation of employment in high school and high school in the new period, this paper analyzes the importance of pre-employment ideological education and puts forward some corrective measures to the existing problems in ideological education.
