采用溶液聚合的方法,合成了蔗渣纤维(SCB)与聚丙烯酸(PAA)的接枝共聚物(SCB-g-PAA);通过FT-IR、DSC、TG、SEM、XRD对接枝共聚产物进行表征,并研究了接枝共聚产物对去离子水、自来水和0.9%NaCl溶液的吸液性能和保液性能。结果表明,聚合产物结构表征表明蔗渣纤维与丙烯酸确实发生了接枝反应;蔗渣纤维丙烯酸接枝共聚物对去离子水、自来水和0.9%NaCl溶液的吸收倍率分别为673g.g-1、288g.g-1、59g.g-1;接枝共聚产物在常温条件下对自来水具有良好的保水性能。
The graft copolymer (SCB-g-PAA) of bagasse fiber (SCB) and polyacrylic acid (PAA) was synthesized by solution polymerization. The graft copolymerization product was characterized by FT-IR, DSC, TG, SEM and XRD Characterization and the graft copolymer of deionized water, tap water and 0.9% NaCl solution of liquid absorption and liquid retention properties. The results showed that the structural characterization of the polymer product showed that the graft copolymerization of the bagasse fiber with acrylic acid did indeed occur. The absorption capacities of the bagasse fiber acrylic graft copolymer to deionized water, tap water and 0.9% NaCl solution were 673g.g-1,288g, respectively. g-1,59g.g-1. The graft copolymerization product has good water retention property to tap water at room temperature.
