研究了铝硅合金激光表面合金化的基础工艺和活塞处理的工艺及装备。采用Ni、Cr元素进行铝合金的激光表面合金化,可获得深3.5~4mm,宽7~9mm的合金层。在添加剂的作用下,能得到致密、平整的表面。合金化层中包含有Al_3Ni、AlNi_3、Al_8Cr_5。等金属间化合物的强化相,合金层的硬度为140~190HV。其耐磨性比原材料提高2.48~3.71倍。以该工艺生产的活塞的行车试验表明,与原工艺相比,使用寿命提高2倍以上。
The basic technology of Al-Si alloy laser surface alloying and piston processing technology and equipment were studied. The laser surface alloying of the aluminum alloy with Ni and Cr elements can obtain the alloy layer with the depth of 3.5-4 mm and the width of 7-9 mm. In the role of additives, can get a dense, smooth surface. Alloying layer contains Al 3 Ni, AlNi 3, Al 8 Cr 5. And other intermetallic compound strengthening phase, the hardness of the alloy layer is 140 ~ 190HV. Its wear resistance than raw materials increased 2.48 ~ 3.71 times. The driving test of the piston produced by this process shows that the service life is more than doubled compared with the original process.
